In Auckland, we will have a great number of executive members who will leave the executive committee or migrate to a new role. Iris will leave the executive team, and, in principle, David will take over the position of chair for IOIBD. We will have more changes, so please come to the IOIBD Business meeting on Thursday 27 March 2025 in Auckland to approve the new executive members. The Business meeting is for Academic IOIBD members only!
Terms for executive members (reminder):
To comply with the bylaws of the IOIBD Foundation, the rotation of Executive members has been adjusted in 2021. The chair will stay for 3 years, the treasurer for 6 years, all other members will change after 2 years. The function ‘outgoing Chair’ no longer exists. The immediate past chair will still chair the Nominating committee for 3 years.
