We are excited to announce that the Empowering women in IBD leadership program, edition 2, is now open for applications.
Please spread the news amongst your junior faculty who will have the opportunity to be enrolled in this 9-months intensive leadership program for:
– 1:1 monthly mentor sessions
– 3 live full group sessions during the upcoming international GI events: UEGWeek 2026, ECCO 2027 and DDW 2027
– dedicated business coaching

Under a structured curriculum: a tailored and adaptive learning experience with frequent touchpoints focused on leadership, strategic thinking, and career advancement.
Candidates must be practicing female gastroenterologists (MD, DO, or equivalent) in academia or a research setting, with a minimum of 3 (and maximum of 10) years of professional experience, must be post-education (including a PDF tract), and looking to define and advance their career and leadership in IBD.
Candidates must be affiliated with an institution that supports the program and professional development.
