We are excited to announce that the Empowering women in IBD leadership program is now open for applications.
Please spread the news amongst your junior faculty who will have the opportunity to be enrolled in this 9 months intensive leadership program for:
– 1:1 monthly mentor sessions
– 3 live full group sessions during the upcoming international GI events: UEGWeek 2025, ECCO 2026 and DDW 2026
– dedicated business coaching
Under a structured curriculum; a tailored and adaptive learning experience with frequent touchpoints focused on leadership, strategic thinking, and career advancement.
Candidates must be practicing female gastroenterologists (MD, DO, or equivalent) with a focus in IBD and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, looking to define and advance their career and leadership in GI, who are practicing in academia or research setting.
Candidates must be affiliated with an institution that supports the program and professional development.
